5-Point Turn of an Adult Male-Cheat Sheet

This image comes from Martworkshop - It shows a 5-point turn of an adult male with the body broken down into simple shapes.  I recommended studying this image, its helpful to see what body shapes and proportions must be considered when drawing a front, 3/4 front, profile, 3/4 back, and back pose.

While you are at the Markworkshop website click through the arrows at the top of the page.  There are some wonderful examples of character model sheets to look at.

The Simple Skeleton

Here's a great example of how the skeleton can be broken down into simple shapes.  The rib cage has been turned into a half-egg shape, the major joints are sketched in as balls, and the clavicles are lines.
